Naomi - Month 10

My little troublemaker is getting so big!  Here's some shots from her 10th month.
Guess we'll be holding off on putting grass in Easter baskets for a while again.
Her first airplane ride
First trip down the slide
She's ready to bowl!
With Auntie Kim
Thanks for the book Grandma!
Kinda blurry, but she loves her new walker from her friend Maddie.

She is growing so fast, but continues to be a sweet, sweet baby, and LOVES her big brother and sister so much!

Korean War Memorial

On our way home from Suwon, we stopped at the Korean War Memorial to the First Battle of the UN Forces.
(If you click on the picture it will enlarge so you can read the fine print)

It is a mighty impressive sight.

SCUBA

David has been itching to get some SCUBA time in lately, so we headed up to the Suwon World Cup complex so he could rent antank and practice not being such an "air hog".
Grace has voiced an interest in SCUBA, so David let her get in and check it out.
She did really well for her first time.  She even was able to go down about 15 feet and see her fins in the mirror.
She just needs to learn how to pop her ears so she can go further.

This is one of the most patient kids I know.  Until she's determined that she's done being patient that is, then it's OVER!  But it usually takes her a while before she gets to that point.
Now it's Tristan's turn!
He didn't go down very far, but he gave it a shot and now knows what it's like to be able to breathe under water.
Naomi much prefers the water in the safetly of her floatie!
I just LOVE Spring in Korea!
They have beautiful flowers EVERYWHERE!  Something I've been missing with 5+ years in the desert.

Mulganghi Arboretum Field Trip

Yesterday was my birthday, and I can't think of a better way to have spent it than with my kids and several of my friends at one of my favorite places here in Korea.
There were many schools there, and I just love their little matching outfits!
My babies
The kids found these little "ponds" with lilly pads and clovers growing in them and they were just facinated.
Sweet friends
Grace, Joy, and Addison
They also discovered a huge koi in this pond that would come really close to the edge
After getting home, the kids made me a birthday cake, and the only thing I did was open the oven for them.

When David got home from work that day, we went over to our friends', the Adams', house to help them celebrate their son, Joshua's birthday, and then when we got back home, I got to open my gifts.
My new i-pod player!
Beautiful flowers my friend Jocelyn gave me, in a beautiful vase that Kim gave me before she left.
I love these kiddos SO much! They are the best gifts ever!
My delicious cake.
The kids were so cute about this.  They secretly chose the cake mix and frosting, and hid it in the cart so I wouldn't see it, then unloaded them when we got home and hid it in the pantry until it was time to make it.

I had a fabulous 39th birthday!
